Volunteer Trapping Success

Over the past month our volunteer trappers have been doing a great job at removing animal pests from the Tucker Beach to Lower Shotover Area.

Here are their results!

4 Ferrets, 3 Possums, 1 Stoat, 8 rats and 2 Hedghogs (which will be going back into hibernation soon)!

The Whakatipu Wildlife Trust run regular trapping courses so you can learn about trapping and how to safely help remove predators from this habitat.
